  • Cancellations & Refunds: If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled service. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.

4. Service Warranty

We offer a standard warranty on all installations and repairs, covering any defects in workmanship or materials for up to one year. Should any issues arise during this period, we will address them at no extra cost. This warranty excludes damages caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized alterations.

  • Access & Safety: Clients are responsible for ensuring safe access to the worksite. This includes clearing the area of any obstacles and ensuring pets or hazards are secured.
